A Salute to Karnataka - Kannada Rajyotsava and Kanakadasa Jayanthi

Continuing the tradition of NPS, students set out to connect to their roots through an informative program on “Kannada Rajyotsava”. This special assembly was an ideal opportunity for the students to rediscover their homeland, and bond with the proud heritage of the state Karnataka.

The opening of the Kannada Rajyothsava Celebration was marked by speeches, dances and songs that reflected the culture of Karnataka. An informative speech extolling the works of poet Kanakadasa marked the occasion of his birth anniversary.
