National Science Day, 2023

National Science Day is emblazoned in India on 28th February every year to enshrine the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian physicist, Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman, in 1928. The day is observed to promulgate cognizance about the centrality of science and its contributions to this field. The celebration of National Science Day at National Public School, Rajajinagar, is a crucial event that helps in promoting scientific temper among students. Our ever unflinching middle school students showed their interest in Science through many activities like Carbon footprint, talking about Science and its importance, poster making and so on. The venturous students enlightened everyone about the fact that science has contributed significantly to the development of society and has the potential to solve some of the world’s most prevailing problems, such as climate change, food security, and healthcare.

National Public School, Rajajinagar, invariably believes that promoting scientific knowledge among students helps in creating a pool of talented and skilled scientists who can drive innovation and research in various fields, therefore strives to encourage them through various science celebrations.
