Human Rights Day and Flag Day 2019

A moving assembly to mark the importance of Human Rights and Flag day was presented by students of Grade 8. The main aim behind observing Human Rights Day is to bring awareness of physical, social and cultural welfare of vulnerable groups of people globally.

After a riveting introduction, the students presented a real-life scenario that showed the deep scars that have defiled human beings. This emotional play was followed by a poem and a pledge raising awareness about protecting the diversity and uniqueness of all individuals.

There was a speech on Flag day highlighting the service and sacrifice made by the armed forced personnel.
