World Environment Day 2019-2020

On the morning of the 7th of June 2019 the 12th graders of NPS RNR presented a moving assembly to mark World Environment Day.

After a riveting introduction, the students presented a real-life scenario that showed the deep scars that have defiled our planet. This emotional play was followed by a quiz that succeeded both in terms of fun as well as raising awareness about the pressing state of our surroundings.

But despite making students conscious of our troubled times, the assembly wasn't done yet - it gave us hope. The school was encouraged by the actions of individuals in choosing to take public transport and promote the benefits of cycling to school. The final part of the assembly left us with a sense of solidarity through the universal ribbon of music.
