Annual Day, 2022 - Grade 5

NPS RNR celebrated its magnificent and reverberating Annual Day fiesta for students of Grade 5 on the 8th of November, 2022.

Roald Dahl’s timeless masterpiece received a refreshing makeover as the students staged Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – an amalgamation of upbeat dance, drama and music. The programme commenced with the welcome of the guests by the Principal.

The musical was a riot of colour, comedy and charisma with Charlie Bucket, the five Golden Tickets, the Oompa-Loompas and the amazing Willy Wonka all coming to life on the stage. All the students held the morning together with their enigmatic performances.

The larger-than-life set, an enjoyable script laced with humour, and a solid musical score added the pure magic of live theatre, bringing family together and sparking imagination in everyone it touched.
