National Space Day Celebrations
We honoured India's remarkable Chandrayaan-3 mission with activities around the theme, 'Touching Lives while Touching the Moon'.
The little ones of the primary section were engaged in absorbing colouring tasks and origami on the theme of the space day. Presentations on thrilling space trivia were delivered and the kids made posters inspired by the cosmos! The celebration continued with a visit to the Raman Research Institute by the middle school and high school students, where they explored the Raman Museum, the archival gallery, and space mission displays. The day was capped off with an exciting space quiz at the institute.
The students of the senior school shone in painting competitions and quizzes that highlighted our cosmic heritage. Additionally, grade-specific modules introduced by CBSE were showcased to the students, facilitating their understanding of the subject. Talks on space exploration further enriched the students' knowledge and enthusiasm.
In conclusion, the events successfully created a deeper appreciation for India's contributions to space science among students. This celebration not only honoured India's space achievements but also inspired the next generation to aspire towards further advancements in space technology.
