SaPa Workshop 2024

On 26th November 2024, National Public School, Rajaji Nagar, hosted a captivating workshop on the classical instrument Morsing, conducted by eminent percussionist Vidwan Ghantasala Satyasai. The session, facilitated by SaPa explored the nuances of playing the instrument and showcased its significance in Carnatic music. He demonstrated various types of Morsing from around the world and performed captivating solos. Engaging the audience, he invited students to sing notes, replicating them on the instrument, and vice versa. A lively Q&A session followed, with students inquiring about the instrument's history and its pioneers.
