KG Green Day

Think Green, Live Green, and Love Green.

To reinforce this belief, students of Kindergarten 2 at NPS RNR celebrated "Green Day’ on September 16th, 2022. Students and teachers came dressed in green. The celebration began with a video about the importance of trees and the song "A little seed."

The art activity of palm printing on the trunk of the tree and creating their own headbands was thoroughly enjoyed. They engaged their little hands to sow seeds in the school grounds to nurture a vegetable garden. They extended the Green Day spirit by inculcating the habit of pouring excess water from their bottles onto the trees around them.

The celebration concluded with the students taking an oath to save plants and protect mother earth.
