Graduation 2024


It was time once again for National Public School, Rajajinagar, to bid farewell to the graduating class of 2024. The young men and women, adorned in formal wear complemented by their graduation gowns and sashes, exuded an air of scholarliness as they filled the auditorium.

The event commenced with an invocation to Ganesha, rendered by students of the graduating class. This was followed by lighting of the lamp by the Guest of Honour, Board of Governors and Principals, to the accompaniment of a Sanskrit Shloka recital.

Vice-Chairperson Dr Bindu Hari welcomed the gathering where she highlighted the roles played by teachers, parents and mentors in the lives of the students. Guest of Honour, Mr Anand Gopal, a distinguished alumnus of NPS Batch of 2004, Co-Founder and COO at Voiro presented the Graduation Address. Students were introduced and mementos were presented to them by Vice Chairperson Dr Bindu Hari, Chief Guest Mr Anand Gopal, Principal Ms Malathy Narayan and Principal, Primary Ms Mini Jayan. The Batch of 2024, rendered the school anthem and a touching tribute to their parents in song. They undertook a solemn oath to uphold the values of NPS in the future. Principal Ms Malathy Narayan declared them graduands. Prefects Parth Dubal and Dhruti Kedilaya spoke about their experiences and thanked everyone who helped them in their journey so far.

The ceremony concluded with a sumptuous dinner featuring an elaborate spread, providing a fitting farewell to the students. Armed with their mementos, sashes, lamps and a mix of emotions, the students departed to embark on a new chapter, equipped with academic knowledge, worldly advice, and practical insights gained from their years at the school from their teachers.
