Constitution Day
In the spirit of the occasion of Constitution Day, National Public School, Rajajinagar, actively participated in commemorating the International Day of Democracy. During their morning assembly, students and faculty engaged in a talk that emphasized the enduring importance of democracy in fostering equitable, inclusive, and just societies. Additionally, they proudly reaffirmed India's position as the world's largest democracy by reading out the preamble of the Indian Constitution, serving as a testament to the country's commitment to democratic principles.
This annual celebration provides an invaluable opportunity for governments, organizations, and individuals to unite in promoting democratic ideals, reinforcing the principles of inclusivity, freedom of expression, and the rule of law. It also serves as a platform to address the challenges faced by democracies worldwide, encouraging dialogue and cooperation among nations to strengthen democratic institutions, protect human rights, and enhance civic engagement.
