Annual Sports 2016

The Annual Sports Day was ushered in to the sounds of drum rolls and bugles with great pomp and show on the 12th of Nov 2016. Our delightful mascot – NaPSter the hamster greeted the parents at the gates. Ms Malathy Narayan, Principal – Secondary school welcomed the gathering. The colourful flags, the huge display screens and smartly dressed students in their marching formation greeted the chief guest and the audience. The displays by each of the houses were conceived and choreographed by the students themselves and they worked with each other to put up a spectacular show. Prizes were distributed to achievers in sports and games. Orion House took the honours for march past and display, while Centaur House won the trophy for sports and games. The Chief Guest Dr Bindu Hari praised the students for their team work and enthusiasm.

The show had a fitting light and sound finale as students rendered the school song with pride.
